In poor sunlight the orange hibiscus sizes are shrinking

In Calcutta there is strong fog and mist. There is very poor sunlight. Due to all that the orange hibiscus which are planted in pots in my balcony are shrinking in sizes. They are smaller. They are holding their colour but look smaller. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/e2GZnDm1rgc
