For paratha eaters winter is a blessing

Parathas are favourite food for many Indians. In the winter a paste can be created either from cauliflowers and flour is used to cover it called phoolgobhi ke parathe. If the paste is made with cabbage and flour then it is called pattagobhi ke parathe. If methi sak or spinach is added then it is called methi ke parathe. If radish is added then it is called muli ki parathe. The is a sufficient meal, no other food is required.

Paratha is what we call "puff" pastry here and yes, it is very good. We always added meat in the puff pastry.

thanks DE the meat stuff must be amazing. In Calcutta there is mioamore where puff pastry are sold the filling is done with chicken

@DaddyEvil thanks DE one of the reasons here people are conservative amount many animals. Hindus dont eat beef at all as cows are the animals of Lord Krishna. pork is hardly eaten. So the only choice left is with goat meat called mutton. For pastry makers making a puff with chicken is easy
