Good Morning, Monday, 12 January

Good morning from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Temperatures are supposed to rise today. I enjoyed the snow over the weekend. I suppose it means it will disappear again.
The weekend was good. I watched the Packers/Bears game on Saturday night. It was a good game, even though the Packers lost in the last few minutes of the game.
I also went back to church yesterday. What a pleasure that was. I got a lot of hugs and people were happy to see me after three weeks. I also got a couple of Christmas presents that were totally delightful. I also found the sermon for last week on YouTube, so I'm caught up with the teachings.
I'm still recovering my energy. With what I did yesterday, I was in bed shortly after six last night and awake at 3 this morning. That works out to 9 hours. I haven't checke to see what Fitbit says I got for sleep. I expect it will be a lot. I just checked. It didn't give me my full hours. I don't think it ever will. That's okay. I know how much sleep I got last night.
Today, I don't have too many plans. I need to remind my neighbor about an appointment she has. I don't need to go with her.
I will work on Faith to Believe to start the publishing process. Since it's quite involved, I'll start now and look for beta readers.
I will also spend time here and on WordPress working notifications and finding out how your weekend was.
That's the plan. How is your Monday going? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. Now I can also think about Christmas dinner.

I've been in the kitchen already this morning and did the dirty dishes/pans Pretty put in the sink overnight. I have no idea what she cooked since I'd made steaks with steamed potatoes, bell peppers and onions for lunch yesterday and put hers in a covered bowl in the fridge. I'm eating the other half of my steak and potatoes this morning for breakfast. I couldn't finish it yesterday and wasn't hungry at suppertime last night. (I also had a banana this morning, too.)
I'll need to go to the Post Office sometime today to mail the Property Assessment form back before March 1st and see no reason not to get that done early since I filled it out yesterday. (It's not that I LIKE to pay taxes but I'd really rather not be fined if I forget to mail it later. It needs a stamp so I'll need to buy more since we're out of them. [78 cents a letter is getting expensive, especially for something I don't really want to do.])
I hope you have a good day today.

@just4him We don't do that because the taxes are only $5 for the car. We don't own anything else that gets taxed. This house is a rental so we don't pay taxes on it. (The work we had done on it this last summer was a government grant offered to help those less fortunate with their heating/cooling bills.)

@DaddyEvil For some reason I thought you were talking about the yearly house tax. Thank you for straightening me out.

Your supper/breakfast sounds delicious!
I agree with you that it's best to get those taxes taken care of now than to get fined later. Why don't you have your taxes coming out of escrow? When I owned my home, that's what I did. One less thing to worry about.

Monday was OK. Cousin #2 was here to do her usual; and she made out an application for a house that she wants to rent in Florida. I hope she gets it.

@just4him They wanted her to make 3x the amount of the rent per month. That was about $3,900. Ridiculous.

I know my Fitbit doesn't start counting until a certain hour and stops at a set hour also. You can change it.

@just4him I also sometimes lay on my arm in a way that causes the watch to lose contact with my skin. It needs to read your heartbeat so that can mess it up to

I heard from my best friend. She feels better, but she hurt her arm when she was walking her dog. Her dog got startled and pulled her. But I think her arm is better now.

Happy Monday! it's nice to hear that you were able to go back to church and are feeling so much better. I'm sure you'll be happy when you can have your Christmas dinner. Your tree looks so pretty.
My Monday is off to a good start, Sunshine and no snow
