Last night Tom made Parmasean Pork Chops. He saw a video on YouTube from a channel he watches a lot. The channel is "Come Sit At My Table" The couple that do the videos live in my Old Home Town, Mt. Sterling, KY. They have some really good recipes and do them so you can understand everything they do. They come down here to FL on vacation and do their videos here as well. You can tell which kitchen they are in. Anyway, the Parmasean Pork Chops were pretty dang good. A little salty, but for some reason a LOT of food tastes salty to me now days. Not a recipe that you would want regularly, but every now and then when you want something different. Having BLTs tonight.
