Is it really possible to increase at any age,, as lot of adv shows,,, can anyone tell me which medicen ,cream to use.. to increase,,, doctors please suggest....

according to what i have heard the growing & shrinking of human body is till 32, i dont think it is possible after 28 as we r supposed to be shrinking by some 6m after that but i aint sure
