Do You and Your Spouse Wake Up or Get Up At The Same?

Oh we have always been on different schedules. I stay up later and get up earlier and always have.

being when we use to sleep together back in the day (20 yrs ago) I would get up early & get stuff done while hubby slept a few hours cause he was a semi driver (long-haul) & I raised rabbits so I had to get up early to tend to over 200 rabbits everyday that took a few hrs in feeding, breeding, pulling babies. checking o babies ext. Now that we have our own places we have our own sleeping time & get get up when we feel like it till it's bill day then we get up early get the bills paid & grocery shopping done come home & call it a day & take a nap for a few hours.

My husband and I don't get up at the same time. Like you guys, I'm an early bird, while he's a bit more of a night owl.

It's the same with me. I am an early riser. My husband always slept late. He tried hard to keep in bed longer which irritated me and we had fights.

Hubby go to bed earlier than me and he wakes up earlier than me, too. We are both night owls.

Toward the end of my husband's life, he was getting on my schedule. He would be up all night. Then he would go to sleep when the sun came up. I would stay awake.

My wife is often the early morning riser. I just follow later.
