Do you miss?

I like responding to people's comments on my discussion especially when it's something worth responding to.
I try not to miss so I don't simply really on my lot's notification that says who responded. I scroll through the whole page just to check if there's someone I neglected.
Do you sometimes miss responding to someone worth responding to?

@LadyDuck I noticed them too and have avoided those users. I noticed these users tend to post a lot but no engagement. I think they think mylot is just like any other social media platform. Guess they have no idea that mylot is a discussion site or they don't know the very definition of what "discussion" is.

Yes, for those who doesn't know how the notification works, some users who commented earlier on might be missed.
I've seen users who hardly respond to older comments and thought that could be the reason why. They are not aware of the notification.

@toniganzon - I know that at first I did not very well understand how the notification works.
There are some users who never answer the comments. I wonder why some still waste time commenting.

Everyone is worth responding to.
If someone has taken the time to visit my post and make a comment , then no matter what they typed, that person is worth responding to

Sometimes myLot doesn't give us a notification, too. And that's very annoying! I LIKE visiting with most of the people on myLot now and really hate missing something one of them said to me.

That's true as well. That's why I go through the whole page of my discussion and not only depend on the notification.
The problem is when it's. a respond I left on someone else's discussion.

@toniganzon If somebody else misses something, there's nothing I can do about that.
A couple of people here only respond if you ask them a question or if you say something they don't understand.

I deleted somebody's comment on purpose a few days ago. I don't like blocking people but when they don't get the message that I'm not interested in talking with them, I have had to resort to blocking them.

Yes, there were times that I missed but it's rare and I didn't mean it. And when I don't respond intentionally for reason that I don't have to, I just like the comment.

I read and respond to all Discussions for the people I follow; and I do all the Notifications. So I don't miss anything.

I do the same. But when I'm away for quite sometime, I do tend to miss those.

Right, that's why I just don't depend on the notification alone. I scroll the whole page to see if I've missed anybody.

I probably have missed someone. I've had a few very intense and long responses with several people involved and I may have missed someone there.

It seems to be mostly women here of a certain age talking about women things of a certain age.
