Cheese and onion ….classic combination …..do you know some others ?

When we went to the farm shop last week I got a Spanish onion…..sometimes known as Cannonball onion ….and today I bought a new block of cheese.
I got Cheddar cheese.
After all cheese and onion are a classic combination ….right ….?
So I will have these beauties on a sandwich tomorrow …..
What classic combinations do you like the best ?
