The Mister likes his motorbikes and cars and we often watch programmes on tv about these things. Buying and selling, repairing, searching for spare parts ….maybe it’s a male thing ! Anyway, if this is what a tv programmes includes then The Mister watches it. We have seen several programmes over the past few months about auto jumbles…….like a jumble sale, but for car parts etc …..well, anything to do with bikes and cars. We went to our first one today. It was in a place called Newark which is about 1 1/2 hours drive from where we live. We got up early and headed off….id made a packed brunch to keep us going throughout the day ….our experience of these things say that the food and drink is always expensive. Anyway. The Mister did not buy anything … thats right …did not ….buy anything. Although he was tempted a few times. It was an enjoyable day …..although he did say he would probably stick to antique fairs …. What have you done for the first time recently ?
