A lovely lie in …… we were grateful ….

So this morning we were able to have a lovely long lie in .
The reason was because The Mister has to go to Wales to work this week and he didn’t have to be there until 12 noon to collect the work permit.
As we were out yesturday we needed a lie in today …
It also meant we could stay up a bit later last night ….
What are you grateful for today ?

I'm grateful that J came and finished up everything that cousin #3 didn't do when she was here. I'm glad you were able to get some extra rest.

Pretty got up about an hour ago and cooked a pizza for her breakfast and there was still enough left for me to eat some of it, too. I didn't have to cook anything for breakfast this morning.

Glad you were able to start your day a bit later today. It's always nice when you don't have to get up early.
I'm grateful that I don't have a lot that has to be done today so I can relax and enjoy it.

It's like a little luxury to be able to lie in when normally you wouldn't be able to.
