Cheese and Onion baguettes for lunch .....

I know that here in the UK cheese and onion are a classic combination, but it is not like that all around the world .......although , personally , I think that the rest of the world is missing out !
Anyway, today I am at Moms for an extra day ....see previous post about the hearing test ....so I get to have baguettes for lunch two days this week.
Today we are having cheese and onion ...I have mayo on mine too which takes away some of the heat from the onion.
The baguettes have just come out of the air fryer and are cooling .....so not long to wait ....
What are you having for your meals today ?

@LindaOHio I love corned beef but The Mister doesn’t eat it so I have it during the week when he is away at work …

I'll go to the kitchen soon and make a sliced chicken sandwich on potato bread for breakfast. I'll spread some mayo on the bread first.

I've never had that combo of cheese and onion but I bet it's good. I love both but have never thought to put them together, Hot baguettes from the air fryer...sounds soooo good

My mother used to make a mean cheese and onion pie. I am sometimes tempted to make one but I'd have to eat it all. Vince isn't fussed about a lot of cheese.

@JudyEv …..just make a small one , or one that you can have over two days ….sounds delicious.
