Fish and battered chips for tea …..

We decided on fish and chips for tea this evening. Several places in our area do battered chips. I know I have mentioned this before ….our area is quite famous for them. Anyway, Mom and I had a mini fish each and The Mister had a regular fish. We shared a bag of chips….you do get loads. All was yummy as per usual. Salt, vinegar and tomato ketchup was added. The Mister had curry sauce …..but we won’t talk about that. ! What did you have to eat today … ?

I studied abroad for a year in England. The university had a chippie on campus. That was one of my favorite treats--fish and chips!

Ugh, curry sauce sounds terrible with that, but I’ll try not to judge. Today, I had fresh strawberries for breakfast, and yummy chili for lunch. Oh, and an apple strudel muffin.

Oh please …..judge away ….. ( he might take notice of you ) ….I think it’s vile stuff …fish is lovely , so why pour curry sauce all over it ! I have strawberries as Granddaughter and I both love those.

They give us way too many chips here too. I can never eat all of them.

So far I've just had a granola bar. Battered chips sound yummy.
