It's 10:13 p.m. by my computer clock, and I have got to get to bed!
Sonday tomorrow, and I will be at church in the morning, and then home to try to do a bit more of the traning, and then take it easy--though I won't be going to work Monday. 
Right now I need to shut down the computer, take my nighttime meds and head to bed.
