I Have 10 Days of Obligations in a Row / myLot

It started yesterday and will last 10 days. Yesterday was a therapist appointment. Today is visiting with Mother-in-Law Tomorrow is playing cards with my friends Friday is horse racing at Churchill Downs Saturday is a birthday party Sunday is a massage appointment Monday is a psychiatrist appointment Tuesday is an orthopedist appointment to see about my knees Wednesday is mother-in-law again Thursday is cards again I prefer open days with no obligations but I sure booked myself up this time.

You are fully booked! I can't managed my schedule like that unless it is a vacation.

I don’t like a lot of days filled with things either. I can get overwhelmed if I get too many days in a row with things planned. I think the only reason I could go on vacation back in November was that the doctor gave me a steroid pack. Once I was off that, it was like my energy just dissipated.

On the positive side, it’s a nice mix of social time, appointments, and a few enjoyable things like cards and Churchill Downs, but there’s definitely not much breathing room in between. Hopefully a couple of those days feel more like “easy” visits rather than obligations so it doesn’t all stack up.
