Another Monday Rolls Around

Happy Monday Everyone!
This day just flew by and I can't believe this is the first opportunity I had to pop on here and say hi.
I've already got some chicken grilled for our dinner tonight. A simple chef salad (of sorts). A blend of red and romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, broccoli slaw, cherry tomatoes, some bacon bits, sunflower seeds, croutons and Ken's light blue cheese dressing. A pretty healthy and filling meal which is perfect for a warm day.
I love being able to grill up the chicken outside and enjoy some sunshine while I cook.
Looks like we might be getting some rain in the next few days. We definitely need it as the grass is starting to get brown in spots.
The day is going pretty well for a Monday

Monday was the first day of school for the kids and unfortunately, in one region there was a strong earthquake. Thank goodness there were only a few casualties.

My day flew by quickly too.
I was so tired today though, I blame it on getting my covid booster shot yesterday.
Grandpa has to take the babies to a birthday party, they are there now, so he will eat supper there.
I have decided to make a tuna melt, which I love, for supper for me.

Didn't think we would be here, thought we would be away again but I still cannot drive
Your dinner sounds good.
We didn't have dinner, out at a friend's house
I love cooking outside as well
But I am not so good at it, as we don't get much practise like you do in America
Rain is good.
