Hello everyone. I hope your day has been going well. It is 68 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. I have the windows open and a fan on. The cats are happy about the windows.
Today has been a rough one health-wise. I wasn't able to keep anything down--food or water. 
I got through the work day and then came back here to lay down. I think I fell asleep for a bit. I'm up now. I've done dishes and a load of laundry. I took the sleep medication so hopefully that will kick in soon. Tomorrow should be a better day.
What's everyone else up to tonight?

I’m sorry you are feeling so badly. I felt like that all day yesterday, but today was better. Hopefully after a good sleep you will feel better.

I am currently working on sharing news stories and completing surveys under a cloudy day with the temperature at 87 degrees 87 F.
