Is nuclear power the way of the future? Australia is considering this as an alternative. Are there other alternatives?
I believe the "cons" far outweigh the "pros" in the nuclear debate. Many other issues are of more importance. One consideration is the introduction of petrol-free cars. Many have been proposed, but big business, the fuel companies and the excises gained by the government have ensured they don't come to fruition. Possibly our greatest need is to provide adequate water needs.

I think, nuclear is not the power of future, but the most efficient power generator now adays, so if using this kind of power plant, it will safe a lot a lot expense compare to the others, even thought the compensation may be so dangerous on long term, we only could hope there is nothin failure on the power plant system, so it can't be use until the last day world found another effiecient power plant.
