How do you cook your pasta?

Usually I make my own sauce. I vary the type of pasta I use. Sometimes spaghetti, sometimes rotini.

I usually buy store bought sauce but doctor it up a bit where it's almost homemade. I can make it from scratch if I have the time to.

I like pasta very much! I cook in a lot of ways: with the sauce (if i have time and i can find good tomatoes i do it by myself otherwise i use store bought), with cheeses, with bacon and eggs (we call "carbonara") and other ways.. I use pasta "Barilla" i think it is the best (italian of course!!). Bye:)
