What important decision in your professional life have you based largely upon your intuitive feelings? What about your personal life?

I made a decision that is affecting both my professional and personal life. I decided that I didn't want to go back to teaching when we moved to Iowa. I was tired of the hassle, the expense, the 24/7 work. Of course, that has affected us financially. I'm trying to build something on the Internet instead, because I've worked outside the home many years, and I'd rather find something where I don't have to dress up every day and drive in bad weather.

That sounds like a worthwhile thing to do. I understand what you mean about the getting out in the weather and driving in it.
