I am a smoker. I ask myself why do I keep smoking? There is no explanation for stupidity, it just is. Smokers know all the risk and keep puffing. So honestly even though we hate to see something go wrong with a persons health why feel sorry for them if they know what the outcome is. Us smokers just keep puffing and puffing and what do we accomplish? CANCER.

i guess cause you're addicted. people start smoking cause they think its cool or it relaxes them or they just want to try. but when they keep doing it and doint it, it just becomes a (bad) habit. i guess some people realize that something's wrong with them but they have the idea that they're invincible and that nothing bad can happen to them like cancer. when it happens, its too late...and all the years of smoking really becomes a waste.

That's exactly what I'm talking about.
I am addicted and I need to find a way to quit and I don't think I should have to use patches to quit. I am going to try natural remedies. One of my mom's friends quit smoking three months ago, but not long after quiting she found out that she had throat cancer. All along she thought she just always had a sore throat. That is scary.
