Combo names

Is anyone else annoyed with the presses use of combo names?
For instance:Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn= Vaughniston
Ben Affilek and Jennifer Lopez= BenJen or Bennifer (this is actually a Wikipedia definition, OH MIGOD!!!)
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie= Brangelina
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes= TomKat
I am really annoyed about the media's insistence on naming people these stupid combo-names!!! Anyone else agree with me????

i think that they're actually clever, for someone to spend their time thinking up nick names for couples should call me i would love their job! it's funny cause i have married friends names adela and alan, my husband came up with the name adelan for them, it was so funny when he told me!

If my fiance and I combined our names (Stephanie and Alex) we would be Stephalex or Alesteph, neither of which I think sound cute.
