problem of contineous headache

i m suffered from headache last 1 year

I suffered with intense headaches for about 3 years. be flat on my back in bed very sick and very dark room doctor after doctor said take more panadine ( a australian over the counter codine product) worked some time if I caught it before it really set in Finaly one day a doctor have me do a full body Xray wow!!!! found I had a very inflamed joints in my neck, that comes and goes, Called it pardon my spelling I will spell as sounds Cervecial Head ache. Went on anti inflamatories Vioxx sounds Vie ox. no head aches,, about a year after starting only use when I notice a bit of neck pain one for then 4 to 8 day only great. Dont know orginall how my neck got damaged but when the start of the real pain I looked back and determined that when i changed job to a full time sale engineer on the road my car my office I keep reaching to the back seat for heavy books cataloges etc. Lazy way to do it now I get out of the car and get stuff with out twisting and lifting... This may not be what you have just remember if you doctor can not help find another one

Do you know that there is a Headache club of America which lists more than 1000 headaches. The following could be reasons 1. Due to stress and strain 2. Due to empty stomach 3. Due to overeating and food not digested 4. Walking in sunlight (afternoon) 5. Worries 6. Inhaling some dangerous odours like painting, 7. My sister gets headache because of travel for more than 2 hours 8. Listening to some lectures in which you areleast interested. 9. Talking continuously - giving lectures 10. Due to tension 11. If you are not able to solve some critical problems. 12. If you do not sleep for required no. of hours 13. Improper food habits. 14. Reading for long time, particularly small font books. Many and Many. 1. Solutions: Drink 2 to 3 litres of water everyday preferably in the morning Plan everyday work and jot it down in your diary and as and when you finish the work, strike it off. Avoid eating oil food and junk food Eat more vegetables Do 2 hours exerticise 1hr in the morning and 1 hr in the evening. Get your eyes checked for power glasses if need be.
