Both. I keep asking my boss for a pay raise but I just won't accept that proposal from myself! We're hard bargainers the pair of us. We.. Self-employed people have split personalities!

I think most stay at home moms feel overworked and underpaid! I would have to say daycare providers are underpaid as well because we are doing a very important job in working with children. On the other hand, both are very rewarding jobs in many ways that have nothing to do with money.

Overworked and underpaid both !!
