is India towards westernization or modernization

Which way India will, I do not care but at least we need good roads,street lights transportation etc to the remote villages.I have been in Theni dist of Tamilnadu I saw people are walking back to their villages for miles after marketing things for day today needs, and most of the houses the animals are staying with human beings.I urget Dr.Manmohand Singhji to look in to this matter before making India No.1 nation with a growth rate more than 9%.If you can't provide them as mentioned above,it is not worthwhile you do anything for India.

hi India is already confusing but u have also made me so confused i am finding difficult to answer ur discussion because i think westernization is to follow waht the developed nations have allreday done and same is the modernisation we are heading towards change if its towards +ve then its realy good and if its overuling ur values ethics i feel its not good
