How to analyse fortified flour.I am doing a research to find the extent of fortification in my country.So i need to be as detailed as possible on my report.I have to chemically analyse the presense of micro-nutrients in flours.I have a UV Vis Spec to do all those so may be if you can send me a list of procedures or sumthing.I know how to use the spec at least. have u seen AOAC methods, or surf net u might get few methods. NIN manual has methods for estimation of vitamins by column chromatography and spectrophotometer. try out that. other sites i'll try to mail u. bye.
