Multiple discussions about the same issue, why do people on here keep doing it?

It gets old especially when the site goes over 24 hours between updates of seeing 10-20 discussions about it. Also we see that many quite often asking "how much have you earned". I'm surious, why do people do this? There is a search function so they could find the discussion addressing the issue right? Or do they do it just because they know they get responses and basically just trying to earn money instead of responding to one of the numerous discussions already existing about the topic?

Sometime people do not know that someone already started to talk about that particular issue. I myself start a topic that is very similar without knowing that someone already started one.

it's best if you use the search feature here to search before you start a subject, especially about one like earnings which is likely someone else has already started.

So are you saying you support them doing it because they can get away with it? I think it's an abuse of the program in my opinion.

seriously, i dont know why they wanna know other's earning....i mean, it's not what they are going to earn isnt it? is this going to be a competition on who's earning more? it's really funny...believe it or not..i have friends who send private messages to ask me how much i earn...but i've chose to ignore it and i hope they will get the 'message' soon.

There is no mechanism in place here in mylot to control the posting of already existing topic. I guess, If you post already existing topic, you still can get credits for it. This I think is the current situation and I'm sure mylot is working on how to manage if not eliminated duplicate posting.

I think they need a way to stop giving people credit for doing it, then they will stop. Too many are here to abuse the system
