My husband and I met on the computer, and before that time, neither of us really knew anything about computers. Now, it seems that our entire lives revolve around them. His office is full of hardware, software, etc. He pretty much eats, sleeps, and breathes computers. When Weird Al came out with his song "White and Nerdy", I had to crack up. I mean, the guy in the video isn't completely like my husband (or well, my husband isn't completely like him), but there are some similarities! And my husband can probably bore you to tears with computer speak.

Yes, the computer was a great invention. Of course there are days I'd love to drop kick this thing out the window.. LOL

I am surrounded by computer geeks. Just about everyone I know loves computers and talks tech talk. It isn't rare for me to go out with my friends and our conversation progress from "how is work" to "what about that new server program". I got my exhusband into computer which fueled his current career, my son loves technology, my fiance is a computer geek and web developer, and I am into computers and web development myself. I have been programming since I was 8 (I am not 28) and I love it. I don't know what I would be doing if computers were not around.

That's cool, except for in my house, I'm the one who looks for ways to make money online. And his family comes to me a lot for "deals". My sister and I both are deals/freebie freaks online. LOL She didn't marry a computer geek, though. Just me! :D
