What kind of earphones for IPod give a good quality of sound and are also lightweight and stay on or in the ears? I have a real problem with all of the earbuds that I've tried (I have quite a collection of them), because none of them will stay in my ears.

I so have to agree with you - I haven't been able to keep those things in my ears either - no matter how hard I try - so I am currently shopping for a pair of the regular headphones. I also tried a pair of the clip-on kind - it's got a thing that you can almost wrap around your ear but it was so uncomfortable that I gave those up too!!!!

I wonder how the kids can wear those earbuds without any trouble? I think I'm going to go for the Sony- I don't care how much they cost, as long as they'll work out well and have a decent sound.

I use Sony headphones. The quality is superb.

Thanks- I keep hearing that about Sony, so I think that's what I'll do. The iPod headphones are garbage! Merry Christmas.

you might want to buy a new pair of earphones, like sony or panasonic. i bought mine sony, and it costs much but at least they work fine with me.

Are they over-the ear headphones or those earbuds? Thanks!
