will super computer's avail at low cost!

I dont think it is possible atleast in next 20 years, coz currently cost of desktop computer starts from 20,000 Rs, it has only single microprocessor. While any super computer comprises of many microprocessors, costing millions of dollars. Now, you think how can millions can come down to thousands so quickly? It will take some more time, either number of microprocessors in super computer should be reduced or ocst of chip manufacturing should reduces dramatically. That may create a possibility
