Relationships at work!

Do you think a relationship at work can work?
Well... if you had asked me one year ago... my answer would have been NEVER. You see the person everyday and know what he/she does all day.. and after going home .. would you want to talk? and what about the endless discussions about work?And if that is not enough.. work issues coming in between the relationship??
BUT.. If you ask me today.. i'd say YES! Today, i've completed one year with the nicest, most loving,caring guy i've ever met... and he's my colleague at work! We don't talk at work (at work we are working) once home..we can't stop thinking about each other...and when we talk.. we don't discuss work at all !
So, if you ever said no to a colleague thinking that office relationships don't work -- my advice.. do give it a try.. it MAY/MAY not work.. but atleast you won't regret later that you didn't try. Right?
So tell me what do you think about having a relationship with a colleague at work ? Are you in one already ?

You have to be extra careful that your personal life doesn't enter into your work and that your work life doesn't enter into your personal life. I have been in these before and most have been good and some have been bad. A few lasted a long time and others a short time, but I was young then and that is how relationships tend to work when you are younger. If things are going great for you and you are happy, that is ultimately what matters the most.

i think with things like this you have to be careful it works for some and it doesnt work for some with me it worked me and my girl friend worked together and it was fun we did are job to the fullest and we got to hang out it was fun

I believe that if you have a boyfriend in the same office, I believe that it is work, co'z I have an office mate before they become girlfriend and boyfriend but they live happy family until now, its not true that after in your work your still talking about work. It depens for both of you, co'z if you really in love for each other the relationship is working and it is succeed........
