As long as I get 8 hours of sleep I'm good for the day. No matter what time I go to bed, I instantly wake up after 8 hours have gone by. I have noticed though that as I'm getting older, sometimes I feel like I could take a nap, lol. I don't usually, but if I do I only take a 15 or 20 minute one so it doesn't mess up my night time sleep.

A common day for the majority of the people is very hard one they have so much to do, they work so much many times until lately. So it is naturally than the next day when they will wake up to fell tired and with no willingness to to and work. THey simply just don't give any more randament. Good luck!

I sleep as much as I can. It helps your nervous system to function well.

Since i am an engineer and often busy in my projects, i rarely get more than 6 hrs sleep.
For a normal human being its really essential to get at least 8 Hrs sleep daily.

I know I don't get enough sleep. But, I also don't let it affect me throughout the day. If I have a night where I don't get enough sleep to function, I call in sick.

If i am in the Day shift i sleep almost 7 to 8 hours, it is enough for me. but, when i am in night shift i would be able to sleep only 4 to 6 hours. It really sucks i hate night shift. due to that i feel tired while working in night shift.
