Make a pattern out of cardboard to the sizes I posted Front and back 8"wide. Top to bottom 11" Note that the side on front and back is 6". Door way 2-1/2"x 3". Bake 1 with and 1 with out door. Roof 7"x10" Bake 2. Sides 6"x 9" Bake 2. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick, make 2 pieces, one without door and one with door; laying cardboard pattern on top and cutting around pattern with a knife. Do the same with the roof and sides making 2 of each. Lay on parchment paper. Bake; let it cool about 5 minutes. Just before it cools too much to cut, lay the patterns on the cookie and cut around the pattern again with a pizza cutter. You will have to do this because the cookie will spread some and you will need everything the same size for everything to fit. Now mix Royal Icing. Take the front and one of the sides; put royal icing (use plenty) along the edge. Use full coke can to hold parts together in place until they dry. When house is completely dry, then put roof on, once again using the Royal Icing. Decorate with Royal Icing as desired (use candy, cookies, etc. for decoration).
