Tips for Waiters / Waitresses who want better tips from you.

Generally the waiters and waitresses that have served us recently have been great. They have given good service, gone out of there way to be helpful. They are friendly. With all that said, you want to give them a good tip. I do know a couple of people who are really stingy though. It annoys me.

what helps me leave a better tip is them being friendly smiling and always coming over when ever they can to get your plate or refil your pop i usually got with a group of friend and we each pitch in about 1-2 dollas and theres anywere from 3-6 of us but if you a bartender and your a girl this is what my sis does she just wears kinda skimpy shirts when there are gonna be lots of guys there and like when she waits on women leagues at the bowling alleys she always dresses nice and get to kow them and just be nice and funny

I tip according to the service. I usually leave about 5 dollars. if they are great i leave more, or if they are terrible i leave less. that is their job, to earn the tips. as long as they do a good job, i tip well. i dont agree with the percentage thing. like 20 percent or whatever. if it was terrible service, theres no way i would leave 20 percent.
