Rice or potato?

Which one do you prefer? I like potato better, but I think rice is more nutricious. or maybe i am wrong?

I love Potato... i just love mashed potato... maybe its cuz i have rice everyday that i find it so plain boring .. Rice has more of starch ... and potato carbohydrates..but both are kinda the same ... Clueless *BLINK BLINK*

I am a rice person. Cannot do without it. I only really eat potatos when i am having western style food. Roasts or BBQ or steak with potatos. Other than that it is rice.
Rice is very versatile and can be eaten with any type of food.

i like both the potato and rice.. potato.. when it is rosted and rice when it is fried.. i like that a lot.. friend ildikobutyurka....
