Whose has to be blamed and who is guilty in this case?

My granddad has two sons, and one of them is my father, my father had a opportunity to go abroad with his family, and so he had to leave his dad in his brother house, my father brother developed something called an ego or complex over his brother, and he did not take proper care of his father who is a old man, with hearing and seeing difficulties, my dad tried to speak to him over the phone but his brother wife did not let him to speak to his, giving some ridiculous reasons, and moreover they left my granddad in a seperate house which resulted in a kind of depression, and last week my granddad passed away and now both the brother are weeping, after my grandad left me, I feel that what is the point to cry now when their father have left this world, I confused has to who has to blamed for this or guilty about this, please help me.
