i will need it for at least three years - with the possibility of renewing for another two. I need two bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped with laundry, oven, fridge etc. Does the price also include carpets and heating costs?I need it to be close to either the Greek school or the international schools. Will start rental from mid of August. Price can range from 900 to 1,100 Euros. Will that be steady throughout the period of rental?
