Who should be responsible for teh comoany vehicles servicing, repairs, etc? The company that owns it or the individual/employee that drives it?
What are the laws regarding responsibility of said things in your part of the world?

I don't have a company vehicle, but if I do I'd let the company take care of its matetiences, after all it's their car.
