New myLot rules

I am not sure what is now legal and what is not what with the new rules.I am asking if anyone could clarify them for me as I do not want to get into any problems with myLot.

dont get too stressed out, my friend! just ensure you that give quality responses in discussions and start quality discussions (not cut and paste from other's) then it should be ok...
