which image editing software is the best?

I think Adope Photoshop and Coral draw are best Image Editing , swapping pictures, mixing and color effect softwares....

and if you like a easy image editing yu can try with the nero editor Nero photosnap you can work with image and is very easy

i heard that the best iamge editing is photo shop but i used macromedia fireworks because is more easy to used with dreamweaber. And also in some situacion i user jasc paint and is good and the use is more easy but at this moemnt i need learn more becaused now i have much limit and when i like create logo banner and i know that i like i have problem to make this because i not know used the effect with this program
