Preventing spyware on my comp

Just interested in what precautions you use to prevent spyware from accessing your computer. I use zonealarm firewall (the free version) and AVG antivirus. Specifically for spyware I scan regularly using ad-aware and spybot. Then I discovered this little thingy calles SpywareBlaster that prevents spyware from installling on my comp apparently. I still dont feel secure! Any suggestions?

I'm not sure. I have been pretty happy with spybot. I am not aware of anything that prevents it from being installed.

I believe spywareblaster does precisely that. Read some reviews that told the same thing. ZoneAlarm professional has one too apparently.

u are almost very secure. Don't panic. spyware won't enter your comp. at all.
