Does Ethics varies?

if ethics is defined as the science of human actions with reference to right and wrong then we may also say that ethics varies? from what i know every country has its different norm and society standard and with that each of us grew in our different kinds of living as depends to our norm, society standard and moral beliefs... thus this proves that ethics varies.. and no one can correct someone if he is acting in an ethical way or not?
