Shake and Bake

Do you like to make Shake and Bake?
Do you make it with your boyfriend or girlfriend? Do you help?
Do you say "...and I helped!".
I usually do - I know it's cheesy but I like to say it.
We eat shake-and-bake probably 2x/month b/c it's quick and easy and relatively cheap.
