contact lenses vs regular glasses

Im going to get glasses next month,...(scary) so what is better? contacts or glasses? how much do contacts cost per month?

right now as with the synthetic lens it is good.but they are costly.they cost around 6000rs each pair.

i like contacts better because i dont think i look very good with glasses, plus they can fall off and break easily, and i hate those marks they leave on either side of the nose. but i guess its up to you. my contacts and glasses costed about the same..and they were really expensive. im gonna have to get new prescriptions sometime this year here in europe, so hopefully they'll be cheaper than in the US.
