Well I am the member of that site from last one and half year. The site allow you to bid on certain projects related to the Web design, graphic design, software development etc. Its a good site people and company getting many projects from there, but unfortuantely I havent got any project may be because of I dont have good portfolio.
The site is very good for freelancer workers.
