what do you think is the best solution for heart attack?

many of us know that in total population of the world about 62% are getting heart attack due to one or the other reason. reason such as stress ,diabetes,BP,etc last week i got a mail from a friend saying that his friend who was working night shift got a heart attack he was just 22 year old. friends do you think night shift causes heart attack? or stress or any other reason. how can we over come that ? what do you suggest .
