What if parents were given ten minutes to face their child's abusers, would you condone that? Would that be natural justice or would it be aiding vigilantism, but on the other hand it would be a deterrant?

It sure would help the parent vent the anger they would be feeling! Trust me, I would love to face the person that abused my son and do as I wished! But there is no guarantee that he would be able to walk out! But at the same time, I would then be no better than he. Even though I would not be hurting a child, I would be hurting him. And I would not want that tainted action on my soul. It would change me. I think I am a stronger person not giving in to beating him with a metal baseball bat. But it doesn't make me feel any better not beating him with that bat. That is a tough question. I could not be held accountable for my actions if I were to be left face to face with the man that hurt my son. I think my best solution is what I have done, never faced him to never be put into the situation I could not control.

Excellent view, lowering yourself to their level for a five minutes of satisfaction but you have to live with yourself afterwards for maiming or killing a human regardless of how vile and evil he is.
