My Y-necklace class tonight was a lot of fun. The two ladies knew each other and signed up as a reward for losing weight. Then they told me about this low-cal yogurt place that was only 2 points on Weight Watchers and they were looking forward to going there after class. They invited me to join them. That is so flattering to have students that want you to hang out with them later. Plus they inspired me to keep chasing my fitness goals. When they each lose 50 lbs., they are going to celebrate by going to Hawaii. And with their motivation and drive I believe they'll do it.
I had a small dish of half peanut butter and half chocolate with a sprinkling of chopped up peanut butter cups, and it was delish.

You are lucky to have this two so determined and inspired students, so,by joining them , your fitness goals will realise very soon.I have a friend who once reaching the weight of 75kg,she is very determined to adhere to her weight loss plan, finally, after a year's later, she succeeded to shed 25kg and now she control her weight at 50kg . why not start your fitness goal now, first, take away your 1/2 peanut butter and 1/2 chocolate (OMG ...) with the sprinkling of chopped up peanut butter cups ... :-

I guess you missed the point. They eat there because the yogurt has minimal calories.

Its interesting what people you meet. I myself count carbs istead of calories. Its an easy one for me to stick to.

What a great goal these women have set- and an even better reward for attaining that goal. That would be a trip to remember, for sure. Can you imagine how much fun they will have buying new "skinny" clothes for the trip?
The peanut butter and chocolate yogurt sounds good right now, also!
