Have you ever been harrased or embarrased by a government official??...i have...especially the traffic police men in india,bangalore are CORRUPT!!!..they catch hold of for no reason and ask you to pay them as in pay them a bribe...if we dont pay, you are fined...if you ask wat for?...they'll fine you for either harrassing a policeman or for rash driving...etc...the policemem here in india are very very corrupt.i say this now because i myself got caught yesterday.:(
