Legalizing marijuana?

Let me start off with saying I dont' smoke pot, I've tried it, but I just don't like it. But seriously, wouldn't legalizing marijuana just be more logical? First, think of the million's of dollar we would save not having a bunch of stoners in jail. We would put a tax on marijuana, making money right there- hell that would probably get our country out of debt! Then it can be regulated, and it would also put all those rich drug dealers out of business!! It's no worse than alcohol, there would just be a law, like no driving while high, just like drinking. Why don't they make it legal? What's your take on the subject?
