Good news for those into Sunday afternoon games. EA has just released two new iPod titles, namely Soduku and Royal Solitaire. The first one is quite a celebrity among the fans of number games, now featuring five skill levels, and two different modes, which give us a choice of partially filled grid (regular) and a completely empty grid (newspaper). In order to provide a somewhat friendly setup for any type of Sudoku player, there are a number of different ways to enter numbers in the grids. Royal Solitare is, as its name implies, a compilation of ten different styles of solitaire, namely Aces Up, Beleaguered Castle, Canfield, FreeCell, Golf, Klondike, Peaks, Pyramid, Scorpion, and Yukon. Among the aspects that stand out are its visually superiority compared to the solitaire game that comes included on the iPod, and the fact that it tracks our stats comparing them to everyone else in the world playing as well. In case any of these games woke your interest, let me just say that each one has a price tag of $4.99 and can be purchased at one's leisure in the iTunes Store.
